Operator and person in charge of personal information
The courtierti.com website is operated by Courtier TI. In accordance with Québec's Law 25 (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector), the person in charge of the protection of personal information is: Alexandre Gravel, Privacy Officer, reachable at confidentialite@courtierti.com.
Information collected
When you fill out the form: name, company, email, phone, region, company size and project description. We also record the IP address and request date for security purposes.
Purpose
Your information is used solely to process your quote request and contact you about it.
Disclosure to third parties
With your consent, your request is shared with the Courtier TI team and with the IT services firm that will prepare your quote. Your information is never sold. Email is delivered by our sending provider (SMTP2GO) and the site is hosted by Cloudflare; these providers may process data outside Québec.
Retention
Information is kept as long as needed to process your request and any resulting business relationship, then securely destroyed.
Your rights
You may at any time request access, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw consent, by contacting the person in charge of the protection of personal information: Alexandre Gravel, confidentialite@courtierti.com.
